If you receive no results in Investar Search this can mean:

• there are simply no properties matching your search criteria.
• too many filters have been used.
• filters are too specific/narrow.

Please try the below recommendations to see if you can then find any properties:

• start with less filters (for example, use location, price & strategy first and then add extra layers of filtering such as % of suburb median or property yield).
• ensure you're not using conflicting location filters such as "QLD" and "radius search of 50km of 4000", please use one location filter only. 
• check that you are resetting your filters before each search. 
• be realistic - searching for a house under $500K within a radius of 20km of Sydney (postcode 2000) and attracting a minimum 8% gross yield is highly unlikely to find any matching properties.
