Property listings are updated from website feeds daily.

What are the Suburb Performance Reports?

Suburb Performance Reports are created from live on the market sales and rental listings data, providing you with the top performing suburbs based on the report category.

What is Development Search?

Development Search allows you to search for new project listings across Australia, including house and land, apartments and townhouses. It provides access to exclusive pre-release opportunities.

Developers provide access to photos, artist impressions, project documents, construction start/end dates and the ability to reserve any stock still available.

How do I set my email alert to only send new listings in Investar Search?

To only view new listings and prevent older property listings from re-appearing, ensure you set the Listing age filer to a maximum of "1 week". 

Where do I find my saved searches?

To access any saved searches:

1. Click on Investar Search.
2. On the top right hand corner, click on My saved searches.
3. Click on the saved search of interest to run the search.

How do I update my payment details?

1. Log in to your Pro Membership.
2. Click on My Account > New Payment Method.
